@ The Portico, Port Jefferson
Thanks to all the family and friends who were at the Portico on the 4th of July. The night was a musical success! 1 Black Shoe was the first band to ever perform at the Portico eight years ago, and they have continually influenced many people with their original music. They performed many songs from their CD Mary's Basement including: "Una cerveza, por favor" and "End of the start."

Dickie Nyquist reunited from North Carolina, Massachusetts, and New York for this gig! After multiple shows they have proved to be a quality cover band with a wide variety of great influences. Their encore of "Along the watchtower" was a great one. It was the Dave Matthews Band version with a bit of "Stairway to Heaven." It was a memorable ending to a spectacular night.
